By Jackie Wicks, PEERtrainer co-founder
This is the 5th and final part of our Motivation Bootcamp. If you missed earlier sessions here they are:

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4

Key Concept
:  We know that relationships and other people sabotage weight loss efforts. How do you prevent people from sabotaging you while maintaining the relationships that you need to maintain no matter what.

-You motivation does not need to stop
-You can become a disciplined gatekeeper
-When you come from a place of compassion, you lead by example and become a leader
-You become that person that people look to.
-The negativity will wane over time and you don't need to replace the people around you.
-When you expect negativity, prepare to react compassionately and don't play the game you don't allow other people to knock you into a different state.
