I have lost a significant amount of weight (still not at my goal, though) and would love to be someone's diet coach.

Beck Diet Coach

I am working with the Beck book and would love a coach but I also have a lifetime of experience with weight and food issues and could lend support for others as well. I am a Weight Watchers Lifetime member who would like to lose another 7-10 pounds but mostly would like to work on permanently changing my lingering bad eating habits (eating too fast, eating mindlessly, eating while standing up, etc.) by using Beck's ideas.

im sorry guys - im pretty overextended and don't feel that I could really give the attention needed. I always used my groups as my diet coach - there's a lot of people using Beck's strategies and it would be a great idea to get into one of them and use each other as one another's coach. good luck, they really work!

I see this an old thread... but i've been looking around online for awhile for an online coach/accountability/support buddy or small group to work through the beck diet together. I've been very successful in overcoming other challenges and reaching other goals my hooking up with an acountability buddy and support group/coach, so this would be great to apply to my weight loss journey.
