How Foods Effect your Mood
A friend who is an MSW and getting a PhD related to nutrition told me a couple of years ago to avoid cheese and bananas - she said they can cause feelings of depression. I do feel like my mood is more consistent since I've given up cheese (to cut calories) . Has anyone had a similar experience?

I have noticed that when I eat less proccessed foods and more foods in their simple form I go through a period of mood swings...for the better once I stay on this healthy food plan. I also need sunlight in the winter or this will give me mood swings too.

eating too much wheat depresses me. Not getting enough red meat makes me feel sluggish. Corn makes me feel like a tweaker...
