I second the nomination for Tamilee Web's I want that body. It offers two sessions, Level 1 & 2. Level 1 kills me still.

Pilates!

Try Mari Winsor Advanced Pilates. Not only will it tone your abs, but your back, thighs and butt. No kidding! It's killer, but in SUCH a good way!!!
GO for it!

Self Firm Flat Abs Fast

I use Self magazine's Firm Flat Abs Fast. It does several different types of ab moves (i.e. standing exercises, yoga, pilates, and stability ball) so it keeps me from getting bored. I've also seen results quickly which is a definite plus!

Cathe Friedrich Core Max

This workout is actually 3-20 min workouts (you can certainly mix and match and there are premix options)
and it is a killer. You can view the breakdown of the workout and video clips at http://www.shopcathe.com/Hardcore_Series_Core_Max_DVD_p/642.htm.
You can also get the workout for free if you have FITTV. Check their schedule online for the next showing at www.fittv.com Fitness magazine rated this as a top abs workout.

Netflix Subscription

If you subscribe to Netflix that have a ton of exercise videos. It would let you test drive them before you choose to buy. I hope to use Netflix to keep myself in movies while doing cardio on the NordicTrac. We will see.

i like the netflix idea-saves buying dvd's/videos that you might end up not liking. you can also check out the selection at your local library.
