Any thoughts healthy Super bowl treats

Hi I am hosting a Superbowl Party....GO GIANTS!!! I am sitting here tonight trying to think of a menu of all the great traditional things the wings, chips, and chicken fingers... oh and then the desserts where do I start? So here is where I need help, do you have any suggestions for some healthy dishes I know I will have a veggie tray but I want to have great choices available that are super bowl worthy and yet a healthy option. Any ideas are appreciated.

i make avacado dip with low fat cream cheese and organic chips from trader joes. it's loaded with veggies like green onions, pepper, tomatoes, olives, etc.

also, i make cold veggie pizza--that's a great appetizer.

don't forget about pickle roll ups, stuff mushrooms can be really healthy, how about chicken wraps, fruit, veggies, and lite beer! everyone will cut their calories down!

All of that sounds great to me! However I have a husband and friend who dont like veggies- no tomatos or onions!! Which are two of my absolute favorite foods. Should I just make my own healthy snacks and let them eat whatever they decide?

make a combo. Add some of his faves, and also add some goodness for yourself. That way you have your options and the guests can choose. There are also ways to make stuff a little more healthy. Like if they want hamburgers, make turkey burgers. Some chips and salsa are faves too. Or you could do a taco bar. Use ground lean turkey and veggies and fat free sour cream. Just some ideas.

My family loved the fruit salsa I made at a party recently. Served with Flat Out wraps dusted with cinnamon/sugar, baked til crisp. Super yummy! And a good one cause it's "busy" food.
