Strange Measurements....

I have lost weight several times in the past and notice each time I do, I lose it differently. Used to be my smallest area was my waist, now for the life of me I can't get it back to size. I am extremely regimented in what I eat and with my workouts but am losing very little lately. so I tried the measuring to help give me more motiviation and even that's not moving a whole lot! I've increased exercise, fluxuated calories, it's wierd! I was on a streak for two months and in the last 3 weeks, nada! Anyway, why I said wierd measurements is that I've had three children and since then my hips have ALWAYS been bigger than my waist. I had to measure 3 times yesterday just to be sure but heck if I know,,, my hips are now smaller than my waist. How can that be? That's just not natural. Oh yea, I have lost all of my boobs AND my butt, people at work tell me I have that disease "noassatall" ever heard of it? NO ASS AT ALL! LOL!!

You should read the CLA - green tea thread. I haven't taken it, but when I plateau, that's my plan.

Thanks, OP here, I am already doing that... LOL! . But the inches aren't moving like I'd like them too and I work out religiously and change it up as much as I can.

I'm not sure how old you are but when you get older and reach menopause, women tend to store their fat in their waistlines rather than their lower half. I'm only 21 but I read a lot about health so that's why I know that haha.
