Let's here some Motivational Stories of Weight loss Success

Just read an other thread and it was so inspirational to me. I figured others may be in the same boat,looking for the little everyday tips that lead others to successful weight loss.For example I got the idea from anther poster to have an eating time cut off,mine is 8pm...not as bad as I thought..and I have lost 4 lbs in the last three weeks doing so.
So what has been your success big or small? recent or past?
We can all use some motivation from time to time..
My deal looking to loose total of 25lbs by March 5...I'm already 4lbs closer to my goal. Ok thanks for your inspiration,ideas and peer encouragement.
And Congrats to all who have succeeded.

I read Beck Diet Solution this summer and learned so much about what I've been doing to get in my own way for so long. After I read it I :

-stopped eating after dinner when I wasn't hungry
-stopped making hunger this immediate emergency that had to be addressed (I also discovered that the sight of food triggers hunger and cravings - if I walk away the hunger goes away. Before I never gave myself a chance to discover this, it was basically feel hunger - eat.)
-stopped beating myself up if I exited the highway a little too early. Now I just get right back on the highway instead of wandering around aimlessly in Brownie-ville.

I'm down 15 and I plan to be down 7 more by March 1st! AND I plan to be back in a bikini by June!
