Weight Watchers
Ok so I know this is out there, but I am looking to see if anyone out there has a weight watchers point book. I am looking to lose my last 5-10 lbs, so for me to purchase the whole system is not worth the money. I know sometimes people go through different diets until they find something they like & sometimes you get to the point in the diet that you know exactly what you can or can not have and no longer need that information. So I was just looking for a book that is no longer needed. I am just trying to find a system that can help me have portion control and can help me understand what is allowable for the rest of the day. I feel weight watchers can do this. So if anyone has or knows someone who has a book that is no longer in use, I would appreciate your help, you can email me @ ddfeudale@verizon.net with the subject weight watchers material. I know it isn't easy for anyone to lose weight and I hope you all find something that you enjoy and stick with and that it isn't a hard journey. I thank you for your time.

well thank you, I never knew that. I just see them being sold for over $60 a pop & I didn't think it was worth it.

POINT CALCULATOR
HI. DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH TIME YOU HAVE ON A COMPUTER, BUT YOU CAN GO TO THE WEB SITE I LIST BELOW AND IT FIGURES OUT POINT. JUST MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THE serving size.
http://www.sublogic.com/points/
type in info and it tells you how many.
This next site gives great recipes and "one point items"

Do you know what other items are given at the first meeting? My husband was just asking if I would get recipes and I wasn't sure of the material that is supplied.

One word...
Ebay.
Some people would sell their souls if it were possible, but since it isn't, you can find just about EVERYTHING else there.

i looked there, it is more than the meeting, registration fee & the weekly fee. Its crazy, I just want the companion book. Oh well so is life, I don't expect to get it for free, but I just don't want to pay $60 for a book....Is it made of gold??? I will search and see if I can find point values online. Thank you for all of your help.
