help me lose weight
i need to lose 40lbs in two months, 5lbs a week, i dont care how dangerouse it is if anyone know how i can do this, please let me know. I am very serious, have done it before in army basic traing but broke my ankle and got fat. i am 18, 205lbs and only have two months to get back to weight and i think 5lbs per week is doable. Any advice would help, even pills that work.

As your "PEERS" we can only encourage you to be healthy...the only way to lose weight safly is the good old fashion way...less intake of calories and more excercise..you have to put out more then taking in and to do it life long 1.2lbs to 2lbs, a week are safe. If it is 5lbs a week well more then likely it is water weight, unless you are in need of loosing hunderds of pounds, This is why I hate those "Big Loser:" reality shows there is nothing reality about it. The truth is you stated yourself you did it once already and even if you do it now again you will be posting another similar thread in the future b/c you have to make changes that you can live w/ for a lifetime. That is why even in times of crisis like a broken leg you will be able to adjust your diet /workouts temp. and still only perhaps gain slightly... Good luck be Careful!
