Doctor OZ Waist Diet

So I was watching this show last night on Health Discovery it was called "You On a diet" w/ dr. Oz and his comrade(this Doctor's name slips my mind)
Has any one tried his waist diet or read the book "You on a diet" If so do you recommend? Do you know anyone who has tried it

It's a great book, and I follow a lot of the advice written in it. I love Dr. Oz!

I love Dr. Oz, too. Any time I incorporate his suggestions for eating (whole foods, limiting sugar, etc.) I always feel better. I would definitely recommend it - it can only benefit you :)

I read this in October and started following his guidelines. I've lost 45 pounds so far.

I think it's safe to say he knows what he's talking about.

You: On A Diet: The Owner's Manual for Waist Management

Is this the book you're talking about?

You: On A Diet: The Owner's Manual for Waist Management

Or is the waist diet and You on a Diet different diets or different books?

I've had much success with the YOU On A Diet way of eating and exercising.

I've lost 26 pounds since May of 2007 and have lost 7 inches in my waist.

Check out www.youonadiet.com for all the info about the book!

You on a diet!

I borrowed this book from the library about 2 months ago. What the book does for you, is that it brings a medical perspective to what happens to your body from the moment you put food into your mouth to the moment you "go to the bathroom". They tell you about the chemicals & hormones in your body involved in a moment of temptation, and how "chemically" you get to this place of weakness. They show you and tell you how your muscles work, and write out the risks of being obese (as I am). Also, they have great recipes, a weekly food guide...and a whole lot of other information. I recommend it!
