body cleansing..any suggestions?

I just would like some idea of how to cleanse my system in a safe manner . Preferably naturally. I am a new mom ..to my beautiful 12 week old son. I have stopped nursing and am looking to just get back to pre-pregnancy weight. I am thinking a body detox cleansing is the way to start. Any info in this area is appreciated.

You can go to the website called Shape Rite Products and you can order the 7 day cleanse. All herbal, all natural. I used to sell their products years ago and often get just the cleanse now every 4 months or so. good luck!

Soap and water on the outside, fruits and vegetables inside. Go organic if you can afford it. You don't need any expensive magic potions to clean up.

Fat smash works really well and completely healthy.
doing those cleanses often hurts your good bacteria as well. Not good!

Master Cleanse - The recipe is somewhere online. I think it is warm water, lemon juice, maple syrup and a splash of cayenne pepper. I think that is it...I haven't done it yet, but keep us posted.

If you plan on fasting, do your research first. There are juice fasts and water fasts. All sorts, but you have to make sure it is okay for you to do it...diabetes, etc...
