I ate so much last night that I'm embarrased to write in down in my log
Isn't this stupid? What is the big deal?
Thu. Jan 19, 10:48am
Not stupid - it's what PeerTrainer is here for! This time you're embarassed after the fact, next time you start to think about the future embarassment before you eat it all, and you stop part way through. The time after that, you curb it even more, until you are happy with how much you eat.
And I'd say post it anyway! Your group is going to be supportive (and if they're not, you should get a new group). And in all likelihood, you probably didn't do all that bad...just eat very well today, get a workout in, and it'll be a wash for the week.

Sometimes fessing up is the best thing you can do for yourself. You're only human. We all do it and someone in your group could give you advice on how to avoid it in the future.

Me too!
I couldn't stop myself! I just needed that steak... eventhough I got the smallest one I could it was still 2.5 times the portion size! I also drank way too much... a whole bottle of wine is so not good...

Don't feel so bad. We all need to relax and enjoy ourselves once in a while. Just make sure you don't use it as an excuse to give up. Just get back to it!
P.s. I'm so jealous, I've seriously cut back on my wine intake, and just when I was really starting to learn something about it.
