Workouts for preteens?

My 9 and 12 yr old daughters often try to follow my workout dvds with me, but have trouble when they get hard and complicated. The kid workout dvds that I've looked at are all a little too young for my girls, especially the 12 yr old. Any suggestions for some "easier" dvds they may be able to do? The ones they try to do with me now are Ellen Barret's Fat Burning Pilates and Burn and Firm Pilates.

They aren't exactly easy, but you could try t-tapp. Her workout is for all levels of fitness, so your kids could do it. However, it is a very challenging workout, when you do your best at it.

It's complicated stuff, so she has instructional video and then a video that just goes through the exercises without instruction. In the instructional, there is actually a 10yr old (I think... she's none the less YOUNG) doing the workout too. (It's the T-tapp total workout, or beginner/rehab program, they're pretty much the same thing.)

If you like pilates, you might like t-tapp. It has the same focus on things like form, muscle awareness, and internal/core strength. I haven't ever had a better body than when I was t-tapping for strength training, and running. Just started getting back to it, and already lost 2' of my waist in two weeks.
