I read in someones journal just now that "even if you fall off the wagon, keep walking because you'll eventually end up where the wagon was going."
whenever I need help looking forward to the future I go here and see how much Ill weigh by this spring If I keep walking :) http://www.losertown.org/eats/cal.php
its a bad website but a pretty cool calculator!

Tee Hee. Apparently if I stick to 1500 a day, in 2 years I'll weigh 60 lbs. But cool to see what will happen at different calorie amounts!

In only one year I'll be 50 pounds!
I really did like this calculator though. Thanks OP!

I love this! It said I would reach my goal weight of 130 lbs. by July (If I put myself in the moderate exercise category). And it said 130 lbs. by next December (if I put myself in the light exercise category). That makes me happy! I just have to stick to my 1900 calories per day and exercise 3x per week.
I have 20 lbs. to lose and I'm 5'-6" tall.

I love that thing! Looks like I won't be reaching my goal until May!! I was thinking more like February... this really puts it in perspective and might help me feel less discouraged if the scale isn't moving.

According to this calculator, if I eat 2200 calories a day, I'll eventually even out at 138 lbs. That sounds just perfect. I think I'll still eat less, because I want to get there more quickly, but I can definitely maintain at 2200. 2200 sounds like a lot of food right now!
