A Simple Breakfast?

I am new to breakfast, my husband and son pile down eggs fried in butter, sausage or bacon, with an appetizer bowl of cereal. Just the smell of bacon in the morning makes me ill (in fact I am crinkling up my nose as I type this).
I’m very short and only allowed 1200 calories a day, which I would much, rather save for later when I can enjoy them, but in the interest of "most important meal of the day" does anyone have any suggestions? 200 calories simple and healthy?

200-calorie easy breakfast:
Cheerios with 1/2-cup skim milk = 140 calories
Orange = 60 calories

Cottage cheese with berries. I also like the whole-grain Eggo blueberry waffles with sugar-free syrup.

bowl of berries w/low fat yogurt

lite toast w/1tbl peanutbutter and sliced apples or bananas

fruit smoothies

hard boiled egg

A serving of nuts - almonds, walnuts, etc. That would give you protein and calories to kick start your body, but not really feel like eating breakfast - and it requires no preparation!

thanks guys!
I might hate the bacon less if my husband didnt always hide the pan in the oven for me to find later, seriously, so gross.

OATMEAL!!! It's about 150 calories per serving. I usually add a few nuts to give my that protein/good fat boost. Keeps me full till lunch.

eat whatever you want for breakfast. If you want a salad, eat salad. If you want pasta, eat pasta. If you want a stir fry eat a stir fry. You don't have to eat traditional breakfast foods in the morning. And if breakfast is supposed to be ones biggest meal of the day, I'd allot more than 200 cals to it.

Egg White Omelet

Try an egg white omelet, just give the yolks to the rest of your family! LOL
I chop up mushrooms, onion, peppers, tomatoes and add them to a sautee pan with one spray of spray oil. When they are soft, I add the egg whites to a pan, let that cook for about two minutes, add the veggies and non fat shredded cheddar cheese. This meal feels me up well and can also have it for dinner if I'd like.

I guess it depends on how simple you're looking for. My favorite breakfast is to make an egg-white omelet. I make myself a cup of organic de-caf tea and sip on it while I throw some chopped veggies in the skillet. I saute them for a few minutes while 'forking' 3 egg-whites with pepper & garlic salt, in a bowl. I throw it over the veggies and let it sit for a few minutes and Waa-La! A delicious healthy breakfast under 200 calories : ) You can add a slice of whole-grain toast or piece of veggie sausage with it was well. Hope you have a happy, healthy week!
