The weekend is here
Remember... choose wisely. There is always a healthy alternative to pizza, burgers and pasta. If you are having pizza, eat a salad with it so you will not eat too many slices of pizza. If you are having a burger, skip on the fries, and if you are having pasta... whole wheat pasta and skip the garlic bread. If you cannot or do not want to substitute then you can always just eat in moderation. Remember to log everything so you are aware of how many calories you really are consuming.

Or go cheeseless veggie pizza. Never in my life did I think I'd ever order such a thing (what's the point?) BUT I did and was surprised that I didn't really notice much of a difference.
I had a burger the other night and I probably cut away about 150 calories worth of bun (and I only ate half the burger!) I got that tip here a long time ago - and I really appreciated it!

Thanks for the reminder! Weekends can be tough. I go into "celebration mode". This weekend though I'm going to celebrate being fitter by Monday! Here's to a no guilt weekend!

OP here again. I think we all need a little pick me up and reminder sometimes. Enjoy the weekend everyone. And remember if we splurged a lil bit... we can always log a lil extra exercise in :)
