I want to be the best version of ME
Hey, Im new to this site but I signed up because I want some support and to give others support. I am an expressive person, so perhaps writting and chatting on here will help me reach my goal. I just turned 29 in November. At one point in my early 20's I lost weight and got down to my ideal size. Now, some years later I am at my highest weight:(
One of my goals in life is to go to Paris before I turn 30. (so I have less than a year) Not to mention I want to be HOT when I turn 30;) I don't want to go to Paris self conscious of how I look, or finding it takes much more physcial effort to do normal things or worrying if there's a double chin in the picture that was just snapped, or concentrating on sucking it in when I meet 'Pierre' ;) I want to be confident, carefree, FIT and sexxxxy!!! So here I am. I don't know how this website works but I will be around:) I need to join a group or something, don't I? Hope to hear from you:)
ps I just bought the book "Skinny Bitch" Anyone read it? I can say I dont want to be skinny, I like my curves...I just want a lilttle less of them. So far the book seems to be very informative as to what our everyday "food" is really made of, but I know I wont be going vegan. I will just apply what I can and go from there:) tah tah

Dont we all want to be the best we can be. But that means we have to act and behave the best that we can which can be very hard. I know that I struggle with it!
