on an impulse I bought Silk soy eggnog the other day. I am not usually a soy milk person, but I really like this product! 1/2 cup is 90 calories.

Also, you can cut down on the peppermint schnapps in hot chocolate if you get fat free/sugar free hot chocolate - then it is just the calories from the booze.
