Look pregnant, but isnt...

i dont know how many times i get asked if i am pregnant, i have a skinny bone structure but my stomache just pokes out. There is at least 20 pounds there, i know, because i used to weigh 120 and now im 142 and nothing has changed but my stomache (sp?). Does anyone else have this problem???

yep, holding all of your weight in your belly is a sign that you are eating too many refined carbs and are at risk for cardiac troubles

Yes, I don't have 20 pounds there - probably 10, but it does poke out. It's hard to lose too. Shirts go over waistbands now, instead of being tucked in.

you might have impacted waste in your colon, i know this sounds gross but it can be so true if you didn't gain weight anywhere else in your body

try eating lots more veggies and fiber, and drinking lots more water

get away from all the packaged and prepared foods, especially those with hydrogenated oils & hfcs because those things make you pack on the weight

Or, try a detox that you can find in your supermarket or pharmacy. These are simply to cleanse your colon and that may be your issue. Most are only about 7 days...

I have the same problem. In fact, one guy asked when I was due (I was around 130 pounds and I'm 5'2"), and I kept telling him I wasn't pregnant, but he didn't believe me. I was in tears. All my weight shows up in that area

Yes! I HATE that question

I'm very short wasted (short in general). I have had a number of people ask me if I'm pregnant in the last couple of years and it's REALLY annoying. That is one of the reasons I'm here to lose weight.

To top it all off, I'm infertile, so that question brings up a lot of stuff!!!

BLAH!
