Google 15 weight tracker

Google 15 is a "gadget" that you can use online to track your weight. You weigh yourself every day, and it calculates your average weight over the last several days.

This has really helped me because I feel like I get a more accurate picture of how my weight loss is going. Even if I "gain" a pound on the scale one day, I see that my average is still going down.

I really recommend giving this a try for a few weeks (that's how long it takes to get a good average).

Weighing yourself every day is definitely not a good idea. Your weight fluctuates by the hour.

Which is why you weigh yourself every day. Not every hour. Duh.

OP here. The point of the weight tracker is that it takes the fluctuations in your weight into account. Even if your daily weight on the scale looks like a zig-zag , the moving average line will give you an idea of the trend that your weight is taking.

If you read the FAQs on the Google 15 link in the OPs comment, google got the idea from the Hacker's Diet. If you want to see what they are talking about, check out physicsdiet.com. I like it better because it gives you not only the moving average, but the dots (daily weights) are either green if you are going in the right direction or pink if you are going in the wrong direction. And you can put the graph on your PT page!

Well this is a very good app to track our daily routine. What we eat and how mnay calories we are burning is what essential to every one to track and make a list of them. As per topcv review survey there are many people who really depend on such apps to reduce weight as they are so helpful.

Nice post!

You made some decent points there. I looked on the net for that issue and found most people will go coupled with your internet site. https://www.chokdeebacarrat.com
