Mexican Snack

Instead of using those high calorie high fat tortilla chips I found that if you take regular pita bread ( I use a nonfat 180 calorie wheat pita) divide the bread and make random pieces and bake them at 460 until they are crispy they are more filling and very tasty with some salsa then the usual 10 grams of fat for a handful from the bag.

I also have baked the new Wheat tortillas. They are great chips.

I just had thought to myself I really want chips and salsa
and it really is delicious when you really let them sit in the oven and become hard and they taste delicious with cold salsa and warm fresh bread chips.
