I am having a really low day
Just having a down day... had a hard night last night, an early morning this morning, and came into work and got "talked to" immediately... I'm just in a mood now.
Wed. Nov 14, 10:18am
me too. I feel like everything I have worked for just evaporates and is for naught. I have had some nice ups recently, and I'll need to remember this feeling next time things get better.

And this to shall pass. Drink a glass of water and get over yourself.

"and is for naught"...I love that! I think I may borrow those words if you don't mind.
You girls could try closing your eyes for 5 minutes and thinking about all of the good things in your life, and of good memories...if anything bad sneaks in, just push it away. When you open your eyes, you will feel so much better.
Have a nice day, girls!

Well...just think positive thoughts....It is Wednesday and that means the week is half over.
Remember Your day is what you make it. Give yourself something positive to look forward to. A movie later, a good book, a good cup of coffee...something.

Sorry for your low day. Make sure you exercise tonight so you don't beat yourself up over your weight goals too. If you have already eaten 'bad' things today, committ to eating right for the rest of the meals today. Take back control and you will feel a bit better.

Sometimes it is so hard when all you can think of is negative things.
I have had some doozies lately myself and the one thing that has helped me is sticking to my eating plan.
Because I know I am doing something that will make me happy in the long run. I may not see it right away but I will. And as another poster said, then you won't be kicking yourself later.
Sometimes I feel like I want some type of comfort food.
Ok then find something that is LOW cal. like 100 cal snack bag. Or 100 cal popcorn or even a cup of hot cocoa. Not that I am saying to soothe yourself with food but there are times when we want something comforting.
Take a good look at yourself and see how far you have come. Others may not know your struggle and achievements but you do. Pat yourself on the back. You did good. Even if it is just your beginning and you have lost 5 pounds. That is better than gaining 5 pounds. Even if you stayed the same, still it is better than gaining.
I was watching the biggest loser last night and it struck me, they get so excited over their weight loss and I look at myself and I have SO far to go. I hit the 100 pound loss a few months ago and was I excited, well ya but not like they are. I guess cuz it is just a drop in the bucket compared to how much I have to lose. I saw that and determined in my mind I am going to give myself some credit. I did good.
So when you look at yourselves. You did good.
Now go put on a smile and some happy music.
call someone who makes you happy.
Generate some happiness for the people around you and you will be repaid.
