Conflicted about coffee

I have heard of the antioxident benifits of not only coffee but also DARK chocolate, red wine and green tea. I think it is the caffine you have to worry about. It can mess up your sleep/ wake cycle, and I heard it can reduce your chances of getting pregnant. Large doses of course. Large consistant doses of caffine can also reak havoc on fibrostic lumps. I drink a cup of coffee a day since I moved overseas and so far I have no sideffects. I have fibrostic lumps but since my breasts are so small they hurt all the time anyway. The coffee hasn't made anything worse.

New research actually is saying that coffee can be good for you. In small quantities ofcourse. Have more anti-oxidents then any other food plus it helps speed up your metabolism. Just dont over do it because then you'll get jittery and not be able to sleep and it's side effects will override all it's positive affects.
