I am 5 feet 4 inches tall and weigh 190. I hope to lose to 120-130. Anyone with similiar stats? We can motivate one another.

I am 5' 4", and I was 195 in 2002. I went down to 124 in about a year. I've gone up to 144 this year, but I'm now down to 132 and plan on getting back to 124. So, it can be done. Just take it one step at a time.

I need someone who will stick with me... did WW the first time i lost my weight but can't afford it or the gas to get the 40 miles to it. So... need to be accountable and be encouraged ( and encourage someone! are you in a group somewhere that has room?

10:26, you can always count points on your own and not go to meetings? You will still be practicing the principles but not paying for it. I know there are many teams that are Weight Watcher oriented. You can also find point calculators online... Just a suggestion, good luck!

I know I 'can' do ww without the meetings, it's just that a huge part of it for me must have been the accountability and doing it with someone. Which is why I am here! :) I do the points thing at home... just need all of you!
