Avoiding the bloated look
Would love some feedback on this one-- I'm going home for the holidays in two weeks, and have a few outfits planned out so that I can show off a fitter figure (of course I still have more weight to go). Still, I want to feel confident around family and friends! A couple tops are pretty tight around my stomach though, and it looks okay when I'm not too full, but any tips on avoiding getting bloated? Any food I should avoid eating starting a couple days before I travel back home? Would drinking lots of water help or hurt? Thanks for any advice, I've worked hard and would like to make this trip a success.

So for a quick fix- avoid all refined carbs- bread pasta, etc.
Yes- drink tons of water- add lemon. Stay away from salt
Go running and do sit ups. no you cant spot lose, but you can spot tone. If you muscles are stronger- you can suck in easier...
Congrats!!

NO CARBS! I agree with the last poster. The fastest way to make your stomach flatter is to stay away from the breads, pastas, etc. Also, waster is a great way to flush out your body. Drink lots and avoid the soda!

You can drop 5 - 10 lbs in just a few days by eliminating salt and drinking a ton of water. It's not "real" weight loss - i.e. it'll come back when you eat salt, and it doesnt' rid you of any fat. But, it does rid you of any bloat.
