Winter Challenge

To those of you that were on last years' Fall, Winter and Spring Challenges. I'm looking to start another winter challenge team for the next 13 weeks. I want to create the team and then make it private after a few days. Are any of my old team members interested?

Hi - I'm Lucy. I am also interested. I've never done a "challenge" before. What are the requirements?

In our past challenges we have just set individual goals and we hold one another accountable. There is a set time frame, we log daily, record progress and weight loss weekly, etc. Really those are the only requirements and I'm sure if a winter challenge is started "old" and new members would be welcome!

Winter Challenge

Hi Sherri71...I'm interested. Not one of your previous group but let me know when you want to start. I'm a few kilos from reaching my goal for the end of the year and don't want to blow it but my exercise is really falling by the wayside because of my traveling and just being lazy when I don't travel. Can use the support.

New Years Challenge 08 - 9 Weeks

I set up the team for a New Years Challenge for the next 9 weeks. If we do it the healthy way, we can lose 9-18lbs and look GREAT in 08!

Hi Rachspen -

Hope you join the New Years Challenge. You were a great inspiration to me in the last New Years Challenge, just before your wedding!

If it's not too late, I'd like to be in your winter challenge... I wasn't in last year's as I've only been on PT for 6 weeks.
