what do you eat at a football game?

All I saw yesterday was hotdogs, pretzels, cookies, cracker jacks. I inhaled it all. How could I have stuck with my diet?

brought a cooler with fruits veg and meat free hot dogs on a bun with most of the bread scopped out.. maybe had some airpopped popcorn.. preparing andhaving a plan for occassions like that .. makes all the difference. good luck for next time.. now just get back on plan and have a great day.. thats what I do.

I tailgated yesterday at an NFL game- I packed smoked salmon, fresh squeezed juice, fruit salad, organic turkey slices, some croissants. I totally give up on stadium food.

You stick to your diet by not inhaling all of them, but maybe picking one treat that is special to you and sharing it with someone you came with. Try to come to a game right after eating a meal, or have a meal planned for right after the game. Then you are not having a meal at the game.

I go to college football games nearly every weekend. I'll have a hot dog (they aren't that big) and tear off most of the bun. It's less than 300 cals, not so hard to fit into my day. Or sometimes I don't eat anything.

In short, medical problems aside, no one got here by having an occasional special treat. They got here by "inhaling" junk and not practicing restraint.
