We were created in all shapes and sizes, and we should not compare our bodies to every model and actress we see. Your goal should be becoming the healthiest you can be, and happiness will follow, whatever your size is (2, 8, 12, 16). If losing 20 pounds will make you happy, then lose 20 pounds. But if you are a woman who is happy with her hips, thighs, and breats, it is nothing to be ashamed of, as long as you are at your healthiest.
