Pillows For Side Sleepers
I'm having a hard time find a great pillow for side sleepers. I have a cheap one that is flat and I have to fold it to get some kind of bolster in order to fall asleep.
It sounds off topic, but a good nights sleep does contribute to easier weight loss.
Any brands you would recommend? Thanks

go to your local chiropractor's office and pick up a pillow. i am a right side sleeper and depending on the way i turn the pillow, i can lay on either side or stomach or back. and it supports my neck so i get more air when i sleep so i sleep better!

Novaform Contour pillow
I'm a side sleeper that sometimes ends up on my back. And I have a bad neck. After many different pillows, this is my favorite (can get it at Costco for ~$25; Linens N Things has deals on them too, and home depot even has them (link below).

When I was pregnant and HAD to sleep on my side (not my preferred sleeping position!), I ended up getting a body pillow - a superlong one, you can get them at Wal-Mart or wherever. You can tuck the end under your head, the other end between your knees, and just curl up around it - It totally supports you. The only problem was there wasn't enough room in the bed for me, the pillow, my giant belly, AND my husband (guess which one got kicked out?)

This is a bit off topic but 6:59 reminded me...
I just found out that my parents slept in a twin bed until my mom was 7 months pregnant! You know...I never found out what happened at that point, did they get a new bed? Or did my dad sleep on the floor?
Anyway, I am also I side sleeper with a flat pillow. I'll have to check out the Novaform.

You donl't have to go out and spend a lot of money for some 'special' pillow. If one pillow is too thin, put two of them together in the same pillow case.

In my experience...
I'm a side sleeper, and have always loved having 2 pillows. The bottom pillow is thinner and hard - and the top pillow is cushier and soft. I find it gives me support, but that I still get a comfy fit. I've had great luck with ObusForm pillows (as the top pillow) - they even have one specifically for side sleepers.
I bought mine at Sears at half price. Regular price is around $40.00. But it's worth it! Great quality. Don't know where you are... I'm in Canada - so I don't know if you have Sears if you're elsewhere - but any department store or higher department store usually carries ObusForm.
