Fellow Torontonian looking for fitness buddies with like-minded goals to incorporate health back into lifestyle. Anyone interested in positive support; whether it be internet, healthy pot-lucks, sharing tips and recipees, cycling, going for long walks or jogs downtown (or elsewhere), joining fitness-related organizations or events, SALSA dancing, etc... is welcome. The more the merrier. Sometimes the biggest winners are the greatest losers! A positive attitude and winning spirit is a must.

Hi there..not from TO but about 1 1/2 away.....belleville area...new to all of this..diet, exercise ...everything need to lose about 20 lbs and learn to exercise...am active...work alot but need a structured exercise program
