Hormones in Food
Does anyone have any information on foods that contains hormones (i.e. milk) Which foods do you avoid, if hormonal imbalance is an issue for you?
Mon. Sep 24, 9:19pm
I try to avoid most dairy, meat, and eggs sold in 'regular' stores b/c of hormones. If I want those things I'll go track them down at Wild Oats or Whole Foods. I don't have a hormonal imbalance, but it was recommended that I avoid dairy, eggs and meats with hormones after 3 years of trying to have a baby and no medical problems preventing it - so, I have no problem with that. I'm better off either way.

I just started down this path - cleaning up the diet, acupuncture, and herbs. No pregnancy yet, but I can tell you my cycles are much improved :) I have a much better chance now, at least.
