Fat Smash question
My current dieting method is counting calories and trying to eat more healthfully. I eat 1300 or less calories a day and I have been steadily losing 2 or more pounds a week for the past 4 months. In the past few weeks, however, I've noticed I have kind of hit a plateau, both in my weight loss and also in my resolve.
All that to say, I was thinking that doing the 9 day Fat Smash Detox (Phase 1) would be a good way to have a fresh start and bust through my plateau. Then I would go back to my original plan but with more dedication to healthy choices. I don't think I can handle the 3 week Phase 2 though...just a personal choice.
So I am NOT asking if I should do the whole 90 day plan...I am asking, how effective do you think the 9 day Detox would be if I didn't continue the whole plan, but I did go back to a healthy and controlled eating plan?

go for it. the first 9 days is fruits and veg unlimited. 1 cup of oats, 2 cups of brown rice, 2 cups of milk, 2 yogurts, salads and such.. its all healthy so why not try it. I lost 7 1/2 pounds, but Im still smashing and have lost close to 20 pounds now. I love it!
