New group called "Night Bingers"

I know that I have a problem with eating at night. I tend to sit in front of the TV and eat ice cream, cereal, popsicles, chips, etc. I know there are others out there that do the same thing! Let's help each other stop this self-destructive behavior!!!

Hi There!
Last year, during Lent, I found a way to get motivated to exercise!

My hubby and I gave up TV EXCEPT if we were exercising. (i.e. no exercise, no TV or DVDs....) It gave us 2 incentives:

1) we watched less TV
2) we exercised more... even if we were watching the news, we would have to exercise!

At the very minimum, we would get on the treadmill or elliptical rider and you'd be surprised at how quickly the time flies! We noticed that we were feeling better (and less winded) after only a few days of this... :-)

Good luck!!!
