I got an inversion table for christmas...now what?

For years I have wanted an inversion table to help with back pain. I had used it in a store, years ago, and felt an inch taller afterward. (For those who don't know, you strap your ankles in and hang upside down.) My mom got me one this year and the manual said it provided a great cardio workout, but didn't say how. Personally I just wanted it because it's like a ride for grown-ups, but why not use it to workout?!?

If anyone knows of specific exercises to do with this please let me know. Happy New Year!!

I only have one tip to pass on to you... many years ago, I told my chiropractor that I hung from one of these things for 15 minutes, and he said that was fine but just never ever do a sit-up on it.
