Fat thighs

Help! I've been doing everything from rollerblading, side lifts, fire hydrants. Any spot training ideas?

apparently according to all other posts I've read on here you cant spot lose weight. I guess just keep up with cardio.

Jogging for long distances (3+ miles) slowly. It makes my butt and thighs disappear.

depends on where the problem areas are. Front, back, inner or side of thighs. Squats generally can really tone the thighs, but cardio and lowering the body fat % overall is generally the first line of attack.
