Going from a size 16 to a size 10.

I am avoiding the weigh in method and preferring to see my weight loss in my clothing, mirror and by other peoples comments.

i went from an 18 to a 10, good luck! when you get into a 14 the comments will already be rollng in! it's a good method to go by but i would still do a periodic weigh in just for when people ask how much you've lost! ;o) have a great journey!

I think it's a great method -- I went from a 12 to a 6 without ever owning a scale.

There is no point in weighing your self especially if you are using weights....because your body composition changes and at one point if you were weighing yourself and you would notice that you gained weight and give up.
