Well, I'm struggling to loose weing right now and I need to loose about 10 pounds by February because I have a phys-ed class next semester. So far, all I did was cut back on eating and running on the treadmill for an hour every morning, plus a bit of pilates at night. But, I'm not loosing any weight so far, so can anyone help me?

it does take time...how long have you been incorporating those changes?
for me, cutting refined foods (like most/all simple carbs) works well to lose weight, feel better, and stabilize blood sugar. Also drinking lots of water and green tea, and setting a time in the evening (8pm for me) when I stop eating, and sticking to it.

Try some resistance/weight training. If you do it at least twice a week you will really start to see results in a month or so.

Wow, running for an hour on the treadmill every morning is awesome. Good for you! I wish I were so dedicated. You are probably at the point where you can either try to run faster or crank up the incline. Either of those will help you burn more calories, especially the incline.
I also second the resistance/weight training advice. I never saw any results myself until I started lifting a little weight two or three times a week. And don't forget push-ups and sit-ups are resistance training. You can do those while you are watching tv.
And don't forget how awesome you are for running every day for an hour. Because that's just awesome.

You are probably gaining muscle- which is better because muscle burns calories more than fat. Take measurements... that will give you a better idea.
