my stomach hurts after running

this is not a cramps I know what those are, I get sort of a stomach ache after I run. I am hydrated, healthy, get plenty of minerals and electrolytes.

me too....i get a pain on the under side of my rib cage! I was just about to create a thread about this. Thanks OP!

Anyone have any idea what it could be?

11:36 -- your problem sounds like a stitch. I *think* those occur when you're running faster/longer than your body is ready for.

Diaphragm

I previously discovered that.. when running ur digestive system keep pushing our diaphragm(who separating our digestive system and resperatory system), its like your body is punching a 500 lbs fist... it results a small wound, bleed under you diaphragm...

To avoid this you need to reflex your diaphragm by inhaling deeply and pushing your tummy upward using your abs then exhale..
Do this before running or when you felt pain under your rib..
