B12 deficiency


Hi-I was wondering if anyone has been diagnosed with B12 deficiency and if so, a) was it difficult to get a diagnosis and b) how does the condition affect your efforts to lose weight?

if you are vegan or vegetarian, odds are pretty good you are not getting enought b12. b12 is commonly found in eggs, meat and dairy- things that one often cuts down on in weight loss. You either need a b12 supplement or start eating more meat etc.
