I am thankful for... My job, My Family, My Stick with it attitude!

I am proud of myself because... I pick myself up, dust off and try try again. I have lost and kept off 53 pounds!

I have accomplished (weigh goals, anything)... Getting down to a size 8! I'm a single digit dress size- haven't been a single digit since the 6th grade!

wow, yay everyone! this thread is great! so many amazing people :)

I am thankful for my health, family, and friends. (and iPod. don't forget the iPod)

I am proud of myself because I'm smart and have made great decisions at a time when it's been really hard thanks to peer pressure (teen)

I have accomplished losing the 15lbs I gained from Froshie year!

I am thankful for... my overall good health, a wonderful partner, a job that i love, and a supportive network of family and friends

I am proud of myself because... i do my best to fit in exercise and to eat well despite the crazy hours that i work

I have accomplished (weigh goals, anything)... a weight loss (about 7lbs) since last year and can fit into size 6 (not consistently though) clothes!
