Fat Smash Diet Shopping List - HELP!!

I started FSD yesterday and i have some fruits and veggies in the house already, but have to go grocey shopping (which i hate) tonight and I want to get in and get out. I've got the basics on my list already, does anyone have any suggestions for me to add to my list? so far my list consists of...

brown rice
oatmeal
fruits
vegetables (fresh and frozen)
bottled water
lemon zinger tea
egg beaters (is this allowed?)
yogurt
skim milk

Since I hate this task so much i like to get in the supermarket and get right out, so having a list helps me. If you have any "secret weapons" that you use to help you get through Phase I, please share. I'm such a junk food junkie and I'm afraid I'm not gonna be able to last 8 more days on veggies and fruit.

Thanks in advance!

fresh herbs

I use a lot of fresh herbs to flavor my vegetables. Rosemary, Thyme, and sweet basil can enhance your dishes - add them to your list.

Thanks from the Original Poster

I wasnt sure if the Morningstar or Boca products were allowed. I still have no idea what the difference in Soy and tofu are so I just leave them alone all together. But now that I'm finding out that tofu is made from soy, i'm gonna hit that boca section like a madman!

sweet cravings

I am on phase 1 now also. I did it before but I decided to start from the beginning again. I always have a sweet tooth. I have found that a really sweet watermelon or strawberries really curb the sweet tooth. The watermelon is mostly water so you can eat enough to fill up. I have been saving it for my after dinner dessert.
I am also a fan of Green tea (Good Earth brand). It is good for the metabolism and this particular brand has enough flavor that I dont need sugar.

Good luck

shopping

I used to buy healthy products from an online site that offers me a discount. It saves some of my cash. I'm looking for a Dell laptop from an online store that is selling mobile, laptops, and electronics devices. You can buy this product at a discount. It's a user-friendly site you need to visit the site and order your products now.
