EMAIL THREAD
The next spotlight....Start date: January 2nd!
If you're interested, please send us an email at customercare@peertrainer.com.
Please commit to logging and providing comments almost every day for 6 days. Your spotlighter PEERs depend on it! Additionally, it would be ideal to have a goal in mind that you plan on reaching during the spotlight.
We have a few spots left. If you have any questions, please let us know!

Hi,
I emailed about being in the spotlight but didn't hear anything back- does this mean I'm in or out? Thanks!

If you have not heard from us, don't worry. We will get as many of you in as possible. If you want to stay in great, if there are new members thats great too.

I'm a little reluctant- how is to be in the spotlight?

Try the spotlight. It's interesting to meet more people. Although, not many people post. Hopefully this next round will be more active.

Sophie77 here. I think a Sophies group would be funny! Let me know if you come across any others.

To sulik:
"not many people post"? I don't understand. I went through it all and maybe 1 person isn't posting. I'd really like to try it but I don't know why you said that. Would you explain?
Thanks.

I'm not Sulik, but
There are definitely people who post very regularly, then there are people who post only occassionally. There are also people in the spotlight who post rarely, which hurts the group. The spotlight members should be held up to a different level and be very serious about posting and supporting the group. There are at least 3 spotlight members who don't post regularly enough to make a difference. While it is good to see what so many others are doing, you could join several different groups and get the same benefit. If you're interested in signing up for it just make sure you are committed to it for the six weeks. I like it, but I'm very active.

Amyli-
Sorry to be unclear about the lack of posting. You are right...most people do post in their own logs but I was referring more to the comments section. I would like that to be more active. For example, throughout the whole 6 weeks I can only remember 2 or 3 times that anybody who wasn't in my group put a note in the comment section. I guess I was hoping that if I ate very little vegetables for days at a time that somebody would call me on it. That doesn't seem to happen.
Please don't avoid the spotlight because of my comments. It really was personally motivating for me to participate. I plan to sit out this next round but still be an active reader and poster. That will be the best way for me to particpate without getting frustrated. I hope to see you in the spotlight!
