I'm the same way. All I can say is don't give up after binging. Get right back on your diet immediately and don't let your binge be an excuse to continue binging. In other words, don't think "I've failed. I might as well keep eating now." Instead, forget about the binge and continue your diet like the binge never happened. There is a kind of momentum that builds during a diet. Work on maintaining that momentum.
