What is something new you have tried in regards to your work outs? Did you like it? Have you continued to impliment it? Did it not work for you? Why not?

I'm registered to walk a half marathon in a couple of months. The training has increased my mileage, and the fact that I'm walking in memory/honor of a childhood friend who recently passed away, along with his friends and family, is a huge motivator to do as well as I can both on walk days and during strength training on off days.

I tried a cycle class recenterly. I liked it and I might even go back!

I have also done kick boxing once I hated it and have not done it since.

I started cross training during a plateau last year and it worked wonders! I am a runner and started biking as well as adding incline and interval runs to my routine. Love it and still do it all!

I've been training all summer for my first sprint triathlon. It's made me fall in love with cycling which I'm positive I'll continue after training is over.
