For the record

PT is not just a weight loss site, it is a work out site, there are many people on this site who are of normal weight and size and are using it to track their workouts and healthy lifestyles. There are some times many posts that assume if you are on here you must be overweight.

I second that. I used to write everything down in journal, just so I know how I am doing, and I prefer PT because it is quick and an easier habit to keep.

I am a healthy weight with a BMI of 21.

It's also full of people who are maintaining weight loss. I am no longer overweight or trying to lose (well, who wouldn't like to drop 5 more lbs?? haha!) but I log onto PT to keep my food intake in check and keep in touch w/ teammates who were there when I was losing weight! The support/friendship is nice!

I did not know that, thank you for informing me. I am guilty of wondering why some skinny folks are here :) I want to stay here once I reach my goals too!! I love the logging and meeting new people!
