My boyfriend HATES to go out clubbing. So, when I dump these last 25 pounds I will wear a sexy outfit and either drag him there and he WILL enjoy it or go w/ some friends! Of course new clothes will be included when I get to my goal size. :-)

When I break 180 I'm getting a pedicure. I've never had one and I know I'd love it because I love having my feet rubbed, soaked, pampered...

The next goal met will get me a good relaxation massage, which I haven't done in a few years.

When I hit my goal weight, I am going to buy a really expensive piece of clothing from a designer store, like Dior or Pucci! This will encourage me to maintain my weight because it would be a waste to buy it and then gain the weight back and not be able to fit into it. Then in my expensive outfit I will go to a strip club! Seeing naked men is my motivation!

Whe I hit my goal weight and keep it off for a year (to prove to myslef that I'm not ever going to let myself get so large again) I'm going to get my saggy breasts lifted back up to where they are supposed to be. I can't wait!

I would love to get my breasts stapled back up where they belong, but I'll probably go with an expensive gorgeous bra.
When I get to goal weight I want to get a new hair style. I've had the same one for years. It's very "practical" and I want sexy and confident at 48 years old.

My goal is to not gain more than 40 lbs this pregnancy (I gained 64 with my last) and my reward will be a day at the spa once I'm feeling up to it. Then I have a goal of getting down to my before children weight 1 year or sooner after this baby's born and my reward for that is shopping because I got rid of most of those clothes after 2 closely spaced pregnancies (I got prego when my 1st was 4 months old)

After I lose 6 more lbs I'm going to get a facial. I haven't had one in a long time and I deserve it!

When I get down to my goal weight of 135 lbs, I am going to reward myself with a weekend road trip. I love to take them but not when I am as heavy as I am.

i have already promised myself that even if the weight does not come off as fast (easily) as i would like, i will not change my path towards developing a healthier, more active lifestyle. i also promised myself that if all of my blood tests and endurance tests and overall energy levels reflect that i am healthy, i will not obsess about a particular size or weight that i "need" to reach.
