Be careful folks, our thoughts are calorie free but posting all kinds of wonderful things only gets everyone thinking about them and the more we think about it the more we start to crave it and the more apt we are to give in. Our 5 senses are a wonderful thing until it comes to dieting then they are a curse (Hear) someone talks about a food we like (See) you start to visualize it in your mind until you give in and grab for it (Touch) then you put it to your nose and inhaul (Smell) until you must (taste) it and unfortunately one taste usually sets the senses wanting more.

actually, for me, on a diet, my new favorite thing is my enhanced sense of smell.
i love walking by the bakery for that free (and calorie free) whiff of fresh bread.

it doesn't even make me hungry anymore--i try to go by after i've eaten

I wish fruit was calorie free so I could eat an entire watermelon or a flat of strawberries and it would be ok! Oh yeah, I'm prego and that's what I crave. Better than pizza and ice cream!

Expressing our thoughts w/ others is one way of dealing w/ our cravings. I think it's fun to see what everyone writes and don't think it's detrimental to our weight loss plans.

I wish heath bars were calorie free! :-)

10:28 and 10:43....

try the Tall lowfat vanilla nonfat latte.....only 90 cals. I know its not good since drinking your calories won't keep you satisfied. However, 90 cals is so much better than the 300 and 400 cal drink at Starbucks.

Just a suggestion.
