Why I love PT
I just love helping people....I would like to become a personal trainer in the near future and coming here and helping people with their fitness questions and motivating my group members just fills me with so much joy! I love this site and I am so glad I found it
Just thought I'd share

It's nice to know that there are people out there like you that are in this to help others as well as yourself:) It's refreshing.

I love PT for the community. I really like the people I've gotten to know. It has really helped me stay accountable.

It's not without it's flaws, but then, what social network isn't? On the whole, my experience with peertrainer has been great. On top of decent support, it's free, and I don't have to go to any meetings or order any special food. That's fantastic.

Peertrainer has really helped me stay accountable. It's so easy for me to log onto the internet to track my food and weight. I also love the fact that it's free.

Overall I love PT. It has helped me alot! But I am getting sick and tired of angry threads that are about fighting or discriminating teenagers or whatever. I log on to PT to see positive feedback like this thread or to get advice, not to rant about others spelling or beliefs. I just wanted to say I'm glad to see such a positive thread!

I love PT too. Actually, this is the first time I have come to the Lounge in months and it is only because I am bored at work! I usually just stick to my groups and teams - which are super supportive and I have formed "friendships" with some wonderful women. I rejoice in their successes and cry with them in their defeats. It has helped me tremendously to think more about my own health and to not feel alone in the struggle!

OP here
I agree about the negative threads....that disappoints me as well...I feel like we are all in this for a common goal...to be healthy and fit for life. I also don't know why teenagers are discriminated against on here if anything we should embrace teenagers especially with the rise of type II diabetes and obesity within the young community...so to all teenagers I am proud that you have took an interest in your health and I wish you all the best!
