A few Fat Smash Questions...

OK, so I read the book, etc. But I'm still a little confused-ish.

a) Is the cup of oatmeal cooked or uncooked?
b)Sugar allowed during detox?
c) Are you supposed to eat everything listed during the detox? I.e., ALL 4 egg whites, AND 2 cups milk, AND 1 cup brown rice, AND etc etc, not to mention unlimited veggies/fruits?
d)Finally, is the diet only meant for much heavier individuals? I don't mean this in any negative way, I was just wondering if it's approprate for people who are only aiming to lose between 10-20 lbs.

Thanks for all the info guys!

1.. I measure out a cup of uncooked oats.. may be wrong , but I have lost weight doing it that way

2. no sugar is not allowed during detox.. 4 tsp of sugar or sugar substitute enters in phase2

3. the list is a guideline of maxium foods you are allowed. you do not have to eat everything, but eat enough so you're not hungry. eat mini meals and eat fruit in between for snacking .

4. no the plan is designed for all ammounts of weights to lose, but with that amount the extremem far smash may be a better idea to try.

I hope this helps.. btw there is a team fat smashers unite.. come join us! great team. great support, tips and motivation. I love it.

OP here

I don't know if I joined the samee group as yousaid, but I just joined a FSD group..Thanks SO much for the info!

Another question...I've been still tracking what I eat and the fat/carbs etc. The fat is nice and low, but my carbs are pretty high...is that normal?
