How to develope a healthy mindset?

Just wondering if anyone had any tips here...

I am a 23 year old college student, am attractive, but not stick thin! (im curvy, but not fat). I feel as though my perseption of myself has led me to maintain/put up with bad relationships. I think that when I am with someone, I have a fear of losing the realtionship, and somewhere in my mind contend that I may never find anyone else as attractive who will be attracted to me. Any ideas on this? I know it's irrational and not what I should be focused on, but it is some weird, deep-seeded, concern of mine that has led me to not value myself at all.

I have always felt overweight, although I never have been terribly out-of-shape. I workout often, try to maintain a healthy diet, and try not to drink much. Kind of have bad genetics, and as a college student my time/ability to workout/focus on diet tends to fluctuate in accordance to what stressors i have that semester.

just in your head

Insecurity would be the key word when you spoke of your relationships. With today's society constantly making the avg person feel like their "not good enough", it's hard to not let it affect your self esteem. My only suggestion to get away from that insecurity is to find a sport or hobby with new positive people you can be around. Friends that can support and encourage you with what's important in life. Your looks and intelligence are not the most important things -- however, your spirit/your soul is what is the most important since you'll still have that when you leave this temporary place in the world. Feed your spirit with good things such as God for one, close relatives, and friends that value your friendship as well as your heart. With that in mind, have the courage and faith to believe that your true soul mate will be given to you in His time.

A Positive mental attitude!

You are an amazing person. You deal with life's negative forces every day, and yet you still manage to seek the positive in life. Fitness is about health of your mind, body, and soul. A strong positive mental attitude can change your world. Use this song to uplift your spirits. Your days can be filled with negative receptions. This song can help counter those negative visual and audio encounters. It may also help in lowering your stress, increasing your courage, improving your mental outlook on life. And preparing you for the next day

I liked the suggestion to be around people who really like your company- do things you like and feel good about, even try something new that you've always wanted to do- a new challenge. when you're truly happy with yourself, the right person will fall into place and fit you as your best self. (((hugs)))

First thing you have to realize is that you are an incredible person, and any guy worth the trouble is going to focus on that and not if you can fit into a size 0. Also, remember that you always have to love yourself before anyone else can. It's a bit cliqued, but it's the truth.
